تأهل محمد عامر لاعب المنتخب الوطنى للسلاح الى دور الـ 64 ببطولة الجائزة الكبرى المقامة حاليا بتونس بالفوز على اللاعب الايطالي فرانشيسكو بونسانكو 15 – 10.
وكان تأهل اللاعب المصري زياد السيسي الي دور الـ 64 بعد الفوز على اللاعب المجري جيرجو هورفاث 15 – 14.
بينما يلتقي مصطفى أيمن مع الفرنسي سباستيان باتريك في تمام الساعة الواحدة ظهرًا بتوقيت القاهرة.
وضمت قائمة المنتخب المصري المشارك في البطولة كل من: محمد عامر وزياد السيسي ومدحت معتز وأدهم معتز ومصطفى أيمن ومازن العربي، ويقود المنتخب فنيًا المدير الفني شريف البكري.
